MM safety division of M 3 Development s.r.o. deals with the provision of services in  health and safety. The professional guarantor is Bc. Milan Mikula, the company’s manager, who said a few words about himself:

“I got into the field of safety 15 years ago as a production manager at Arcelor Mittal (construction industry). I had the opportunity to visit and audit a number of operations from steel mills to rolling mills, medium-sized centers and production plants to smaller production and trade operations in Belgium, France, Hungary, Romania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

I acquired the necessary education and obtained a professional qualification. I became part of safety culture change programs. At the same time, I had the opportunity to complete communication skills training (Dale Carnegie). The application of this knowledge in OSH presentations and training has benefits in the active involvement of participants, as well as in increased attention.

In my next position, as manager of the health and safety department, I oversaw an industrial plant and a development center in the automotive industry. I maintained, led and implemented systems, and also managed health and safety investments. As a divisional auditor and member of the HSE Team (OH&S), I had the opportunity to visit and audit a number of automotive plants and various car manufacturers in Europe – in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, England, Spain and Portugal.

Subsequently, I performed HSE in a technological start-up in the field of science and research (oil&gas), a central state administration body and other manufacturing and trading companies.

All my work experiences were actively connected with top management as well as operational activities, therefore I also retain a practical insight. During my 15-year career, I had the opportunity to implement and certify health and safety systems, implement group standards and perform the work of group health and safety coordinator. During the safety councils and audits, I had the opportunity to get to know OSH management in practice and perform comprehensive audits in various establishments and countries.

I am currently applying all this experience in the MM safety division and bringing you best practices from various industries that will help you create a unique safe working environment for your employees.”
